Temperature

Please note that if the weather reaches 23°C or above, we will have to delay shipping in order to ensure our chocolates arrive in the best condition possible. We continually monitor the temperatures during the warmer months. As a result, your order may take a few extra days to arrive, so please be patient, as we want to ensure our chocolates do not get damaged in transit.

We shall do our very best to ensure a speedy delivery, however If your order is urgent, please email us at info@higheroakfarm.co.uk and we will make sure to get to you quickly!

Returns
Since chocolates are perishable items we can only accept returns and issue refunds for orders that arrive broken. If this is the case, we need photographic evidence of the damage to the outer postal box and of the damage to the actual product. This must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a refund, you need to return the item to us in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Dried Whole Milk, Cocoa Butter, Lactose (Milk), Emulsifier (Soya Lecithins), Vanilla Extract, Milk Chocolate contains: Cocoa Solids 28% minimum, Milk Solids 14% minimum) Caramel: glucose syrup, sweetened condensed skimmed milk (skimmed milk, sugar), vegetable fat (coconut), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids

 White Chocolate Filled Heart:

White Chocolate: Cocoa Solids 33.5% minimum, Milk solids 21.7% minimum Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder,Lactose (from Milk), Butter Oil, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Freeze Dried Strawberries, Freeze Dried Raspberries, Freeze Dried Blackberries.

Allergens: Contains milk and soy and may contain traces of nuts, wheat and gluten. Does not contain alcohol. Store in a cool dry place
